by the nut tree, Nan & Gramp had someone out to look at it. They were told it was most likely a tropical plant, which had germinated from a seed that a bird had dropped..... when its in flower it looks like a willy! sorry I told nan that and she rawed with laughter at her dirty minded grandaughter... sorry mum I am a filthy child with a gutter mind.

I'd like a nut tree sapling. Mum, if you happen to be in the garden with a fork...

Oh I know exactly what you are talking about now! David maybe you should take it if you remembered it! I think someone from the botianical gardens came out to see it.

Hi Aunty Beth, do you know where Dracunculus or dragon arumit originates from; is it a tropical plant ?

I was fascinated by Nans & Grampys stories of the Triffid...

Another one Nan used to tell me is about mint.. she gave me a clipping and potted it and said if it grew it would be a happy home...

I am doing a memory garden for Nan & Gramp at home so if any one remembers some of Nans favourite flowers I would love to hear from you.
